基隆一名林姓高中生因疫情關係，均在家中上網學習，近日看見IG上有人自稱有創造被動式收入的方法，便與綽號小A的人聯繫，並到某網站賭博平台儲值1500元，並依指示下注贏錢，反遭對方……
