台北市46歲鄭姓男子有多項竊盜前科，20多年前曾以一把電鑽偷遍大台北地區公寓，被冠上「電鑽大盜」，近日因缺錢花用又重操舊業，潛入北市民宅闖空門竊取現金、禮券得逞，警方調閱監視器……
