高雄路竹地區今天（5日）晚上7點多大雨滂沱，國道一號下坑涵洞積水淹過輪胎，一對夫婦開車行經涵洞誤判積水深度，車子強行通過時浸水拋錨、動彈不得，所幸警方及時救援脫困，虛驚一場。
