雙十連假到處都湧出大量出遊人潮，南台灣最受歡迎的墾丁及小琉球，一早都出現南下及搭船人潮，東硫線碼頭不到8點已經輸運超過千人，業者預估又是萬人登島旅遊，剛剛卻有一艘客輪在抵達小琉……
