基隆市謝姓女子前年撿到王姓婦人遺失的小皮包，竟冒用王婦身分刷卡買手機、網購燕窩、佛跳牆等高級食材，共盜刷了2萬6000多元。基隆地院近日審結，認定謝女觸犯詐欺取財、偽造……
