男子阿國（化名）在信箱看到書寫他夫婦名字的白包，內裝有民事陳報狀，竟然是有憂鬱症的胞妹小真（化名）投遞，憤而向警方報案，高雄高分院依恐嚇罪，判處小真有期徒刑3月，可易科罰金。
