台中市5名男子替友人出頭處理債務，押走欠債的陳姓男子到摩鐵拘禁毆打，直到對方簽下32萬本票、借據才放人，警方獲報循線查獲5人到案其中4人均坦認，唯獨吳姓男子一再否認涉案，經測謊……
