立院三讀司法程序特別條例／疫情時期審判可視訊開庭

〔記者吳書緯、吳政峰／台北報導〕因應武漢肺炎疫情，立法院院會昨三讀通過「傳染病流行疫情嚴重期間司法程序特別條例」，明定於傳染病流行期間，為維持司法程序有效進行，例外賦予法院可採取遠距視訊開庭，打破了刑事被告需到庭應訊的硬性規定，條例至2023年6月30日落日中止。
