彰化縣蕭姓男子向彰化地方法院提起民事訴訟，指控同母異父的姊姊謝女偽造文書，將他過世母親姓氏「張」，私自冠上前夫的謝姓，更改為「謝張」，他見母親冠別人的姓，納入別人祖先牌位，顛倒……
