針對萬華高風險族群的健保卡註記，甚至可能因此有六十萬人遭監控一事，中央疫情指揮中心指出，這是為讓醫療機構能即時獲得相關資訊，以能迅速採取應變措施所致，並會在五月廿九日將所有資料刪除。只是若疫情持續，未來是否還會有類似的措施、是否有法可依，恐都是必須嚴肅看待的課題。…
