〔記者王冠仁、高嘉和／台北報導〕外籍移工來台須支付龐大仲介費用且有一定工作期限，不少移工為了賺錢，到期不願返國而四處打黑工，使失聯移工居高不下；儘管移民署聯合各單位查緝，近年來每年都查處超過兩萬名逾期移工，但根本解決仲介費問題，才能避免移工失聯打黑工。
