蔡姓男子不滿侯姓買家在收到4000株杜鵑花後，賴帳6萬元貨款不付，憤而傳手機簡訊給蔡「為了6萬元被斷手斷腳，6萬還是要還的！」基隆地院審理後，將蔡依恐嚇罪判處拘役20天，得易科……
