高雄一名羅姓女子路邊停車未繳費，被罰並催繳，共達360筆，另房屋稅也未繳，累欠金額高達12萬餘元，行政執行署高雄分署依法催收，以保障義務人權益，但羅女不為所動，經多次連絡要求她……
