台南市議會建請特赦阿扁法務部回應了

民進黨台南市議員陳怡珍今天（5日）在議會臨時會提案建請中央依據「赦免法」特赦涉貪的前總統陳水扁，獲得多名議員附議通過。對此，法務部長蔡清祥說，特赦是總統職權，法務部予以尊重。
