海軍康定級軍艦傳出不當男女關係案，海軍艦隊指揮部今日表示，在單位主動調查後，發現所屬124艦隊高姓士兵與多位已婚士官肇生不當男女關係案，全案確定屬實後，相關人員均依規定核予重懲……
