〔記者李立法、羅欣貞／屏東報導〕屏東地檢署偵辦高樹鄉挖眼案，涉案凶嫌楊男還犯下持刀砍傷范姓婦人暴行，檢察官認為楊男雖為列管精神病患，但在犯案當下均具行為辨識能力，楊男犯行並不構成刑法上可免刑或減輕其刑的要件，依殺人及重傷未遂罪提起公訴，昨天移審屏東地院後，法官裁定續押。
