一名邱姓立委的服務處陳姓主任，2018年間向台電興達電廠索取5台電腦，接獲請託的溫姓經理因擠不出經費，先請包商協助墊款購買，未料事後找嘸預算還錢，竟與包商合謀虛報工程款15萬元……
