吳姓男子2019年起陸續贈送大麻種子與幼苗，供謝姓友人栽種，被依轉讓二級毒品罪移送，但高等法院以幼苗還沒茁壯到可以加工、乾燥為成品的地步，不符合二級毒品定義為由，認定吳男的轉讓……
